Leveraging its substantial financial capacity, the firm conducted simultaneous, confidential consultations with multiple agencies, thereby avoiding a formal competitive process. Our team delivered six meticulously developed corporate files, securing project approval. However, following payment, we were informed of the firm's immediate operational delay. Shortly thereafter, it was discovered that NYX Home had commissioned similar work elsewhere and launched the company using the deliverables that best met the principal financier’s internal preference. We present this project as an example of our stringent work standards, while candidly documenting this regrettable instance of inconsistent and non-transparent client behavior within the industry.
