"Outdoor Turkey, the country's most comprehensive outdoor sports platform, launched in 2020 and partnered with us during their second year. Their objective was to scale the brand and secure major sponsorships through a high-impact YouTube presence. Within a month, we developed a complete programming concept, managing everything from art direction and location scouting to full-scale production and post-production. Following an intensive three-month production cycle, we delivered 12 high-quality episodes alongside a robust Instagram content strategy. The results were transformative: the surge in viewership significantly boosted brand recognition, leading the brand to secure 28 sponsors for their second festival. This strategic growth resulted in a staggering 420% increase in attendance. While it was a challenging undertaking, it remains one of our most successful and high-quality collaborations.
