We began our collaboration immediately following the startup's launch. Although the corporate identity was finalized, the client opted to prioritize swift market entry during the pandemic, focusing development efforts on the application and social media communication rather than brand refinement. During our engagement, we produced comprehensive digital marketing assets, including a jingle, banners, and in-app visuals, alongside executing a two-year social media content strategy. Unfortunately, the platform could not sustain its pandemic-driven market share and ceased operations after two years. This case underscored the lasting importance of strong content, a principle we upheld by providing dedicated support aimed at maximizing app utilization throughout our partnership.
